Pediatrica of Coconut Creek

To whom it may concern, I had a very bad experience with your nurse practitioner at your Coconut Creek pediatrics location. We used to be the patient there with three of my children, with Dr. Wajid. Did not know that the practice was sold and when I went to pick up the vaccination records, your nurse practitioner was very rude, even though I introduced myself that I am a provider as well, and her stating that she cannot give me the records of my own child. Your Np needs to learn how to speak to parents, learn professional courtesy. You will not be receiving our business at all.

I called to schedule a pediatric eye exam for my toddler after seeing it advertised on the clinic’s website. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was quite rude. When I mentioned I just wanted the eye exam and not to switch pediatricians, she responded abruptly, saying, “we don’t do that,” without any explanation or apology. It would have been much more helpful and professional to kindly explain their policy rather than dismissing my request in a rude tone. I hope the clinic improves their customer service, especially when families are trying to get care for their children.

I’m extremely disappointed with this office the front desk is running this office the doctor has no compassion his favorite word “ everything is ok “ laughing when you tell him a concern , just lack of professionalism they need to check the reports from the ER always this way no other kid will go through what I son had to go through diarrhea/ vomiting for 10 days due to he had coronavirus and the office didn’t check the ER reports so my son had coronavirus/ plus the vaccines 💉 in top plus he was dealing with a stomach bug horrible experience. I will be taken my son / daughter to another office. It’s very sad but unfortunately I don’t trust him At all.

First time at this office after being recommended to me by a friend, I was greeted with the sweetest receptionist who made me feel welcome! The doctor was extremely friendly both with me and my daughter making her feel very comfortable. He listened and showed concern and gave us the time we needed. The nurse who assisted was super friendly and gentle. My daughter despises going to doctors visits but she was very pleasantly surprised by her experience. Definitely recommend this office!!

Great doctor professional staff. Prefect location and Excellent care. The examine rooms are immaculate. They are always welcoming.
