We had a great experience here! Dr. Bilgutay was great! She has great bedside mannor and she went over everything in detail and answered any questions. The front dest receptionist we had today was great as well! Very nice and she even took time to explain some things to me. All of the staff that we encountered during our visit was great! Everyone was friendly and nice. The place itself is nice and clean too. I would recommend them, my chicld was happy with them which make this mom happy with them.. Thank you Dr. Bilgutay and staff!!

My daughter was scheduled to see Dawn Gerdes (nurse practitioner). She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. Our whole experience from scheduling an appointment to interacting with the office staff was phenomenal. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Made an appointment for my daughter. Verified they took her insurance three times. Even when I got there I said please make sure you take this insurance. Yeah yeah yeah. Well a few weeks later I get a bill for almost $700. Apparently they don’t take my insurance. Getting nowhere with about 10 calls in between billing and the office. They told me it was my fault. Terrible office practices. I worked in a doctors office and if we took an insurance that we didn’t accept by mistake it would be written off. They need a class on which insurance they take what they don’t.

Dr. Michael Fleischer is an absolute delight to visit and an incredible doctor. He's incredible at relaxing children and interacting with them while working his medicine. Dr. Fleischer is conservative when it comes to surgery and will present lots of options before going down that path. The instant he speaks with you he begins to earn your trust. Once word of caution if you're English is not fluent; you can speak quite fast and you might not catch everything he says. In that case, feel free to ask him to slow down or repeat what he said if you can't come with a second parent. Even the office girls that work his administrative operations are courteous.

Although Dr. Vates acts in a professional manner the receptionists and nurses do not. If you would like to have an respectful and efficient Urologists appointment DO NOT COME HERE. They do not answer the phone, they do not call back left messages, they hang up on you when they do not want to deal with you, and just generally they are incredibly disorganised and lazy people. The worst experience with any doctors office bar none.
