Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was my first time at O'Connor Pediatric urgent care. My son's PCP referred us on Friday 8/22/25 for my son's buckle fracture. She called several doctors to see my son after 4pm on Friday but no one was available. She referred us to O'Connor Pediatric urgent care, and they took care of my son right away. Customer service is top notch! Front desk staff are super nice and attentive. We waited for less than 10 minutes. Dane Kohler, the NP assigned to take care of my son is amazing! He is great, has so much patience with my 10-year-old son and his never-ending questions. He also explained very well about his fracture, after care summary and he made sure my son was at ease the entire time. Highly recommended.

NP Jennifer Espinoza was really nice and caring with my daughter who was feeling really sick. The service was fast, signing in could do better, but overall great 👍

Patients are waiting in the waiting room. The clerk gathers patient appointment information, but after an hour, no one has gone inside to see the doctor. I don’t know what’s going on at this urgent care—kids are bored.even I have doctor appointment.

Today I came here 45 minutes after they opened with my daughter; there was nobody else in the clinic. I signed my daughter in and later they asked for her insurance card which I provide.They call us in to take my daughter's vitals and then they tell me that they cannot see her at that clinic because they do not take her medical group, they said on their file it said PMG however my daughter does not belong to PMG, it is clearly on her card. They kept telling me that I got a new Doctor I inform them that I do not, the Doctor on the card is the Doctor she saw just last month. The group that is on the card is a group that we have however they would not listen. I later called SCVM and they directed me to this exact clinic and told me that's where I would take my daughter. If you end up with Dr. Khan — take your child and run. No diagnosis was given; the doctor just kept “waiting for a reaction.” But the worst part? They got the pharmacy address wrong five times. This is definitely not a place you can trust with your child’s care.
