Pediatric Surgery Pa

Dr. Chaet is wonderful. I took my son to three doctors before seeing Dr. Chaet and all three of those other doctors were not good with children. They left me feeling very discouraged and anxious about my sons condition. Dr. Chaet was so great with my son and made me feel so comfortable at our appointment. He was knowledgeable, confident, and kind. He performed surgery on my son yesterday and again he was wonderful. He has great bedside manner which is so important (especially with kids) and he’s a awesome doctor as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chaet!

I visited Dr Chaet for my son after referral from my pediatrician. Very nice experience. To the point interactions. Scheduling surgery was easy. Communication with office was fast. Both medical and non medical staffs were very helpful. The reason I reduced 1 star from this review is: the way the handled my co-pay and deductibles. The communication did not go well between surgery Centre and doctor’s Office. So Doctor’s Office ended up Returning me a check( again that was quite fast) but I have to make an extra effort to settle my dues with surgery Centre. Overall nice interaction with Doctor and his staffs.

I am so thankful for Mark Chaet! He really cares and makes his patients his main priority. He is thoughtful and is easy to get in touch with if an issue may arise. He wasnt in the office and was actually out of town. Both his Receptionist and my Pediatrician were able to get in touch with him in regards to my daughter his patient. If you are looking for a Pediatric Surgeon I highly recommend him. Thank You Mr. Chaet for caring and keeping my stress level down!

Dr. Chaet is nothing less than professional and experienced. There is a reason he is so well known in pediatrics. No one seemed to care for not only my child, but my concerns as well as he did. Leaving my son in his hands I knew he would do what was right. As the parent it is hard to be told something other than what you want, but it is necessary and I thank Dr. Chaet for his patience. Also, the nurse who booked my appointments was incredibly organized and worked around my schedule. As I left my appointment, she was there to answer my other questions and did so in such a patient manner.

Dr. Mark Chaet was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and instantly saw what my pediatrician failed to see, and x-ray confirmed his diagnosis. He accepted my insurance when many doctors would not, and although I had to travel very far to see him I would do it again in a heartbeat because he was respectful of my time and the fact that I had come from so far away and needed everything done that day. He called to double check exactly what x-ray the radiologist needed to see so I wouldn't waste any time or money on the wrong x-ray. He was super friendly and answered all my questions and his office staff was equally friendly and helpful. From setting up an appointment all the way until my last conversation with the doctor was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
