Pediatric Specialists

Staff has been fantastic in both offices. I haven’t experienced any issues with the entry/scheduling staff like other reviews mention. All the nurses have been absolutely fantastic. Both my children are seen here. We have been a plethora of times for sick visits, as well as physicals over the years. They are always courteous, relatable, and attentive. Our doctor, Dr. Juliano is just the best. He is so caring! His bedside manner is outstanding with my children (parents too!) It never feels like he is rushing through ANY visit just to check a box. My kids can be kids with him and I just adore that. Genuinely, I can’t say a single negative thing about our time here.

Very disappointed in this practice after the front desk rescheduled not one, but two appointments, without reaching out to my husband and i. The first time i thought that i must have written it down wrong. The second time i am certain that they changed the appointment. She was scheduled for 3:30 and her sister for 4:00… they called the day before to confirm one daughter for 10:30AM!! (An appointment that i know i wouldn't have made, as it is during her nap time) and left the other at 4:00. When i tried to reschedule their physicals they told me that they were booking out 2-3 months… so due to their disorganization and disregard for their patients, my older daughter has to wait to be seen. I’m really sorry to hear the reviews. I brought my children there many years ago. Dr Henry was the best. My daughters still saw him after they aged out. He found a lump in my young daughter’s breast. It was benign but he was at the ready They need to have more doctors like doctor Henry i guess.

The office people are very nice if you are their patient BUT once you try to transfer out for any reason they shift the way they treat you….. I had to pay to transfer my kid record to another office and it took them 46 days to send it….. awful awful ….. never seen this before from any other practice

Mark, who answered the phone when i called, had a strong attitude and seemed very annoyed by the fact he had to pick up the phone. very interesting as that is his jobs basic function. the rest of the reviews make it seem like this is a regular occurrence
