most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to office staff completely a joke no clue where they hired them from rude and unprofessional completely heartless and have no clue what they’re doing

My child has been coming here for years. I made an appointment for a Monday at 4 and days before I get a text stating my appointment is on Friday. I immediately call the office and I’m told that I can keep the incorrect date or I can reschedule and it will push the appointment back even more. They would not accommodate their screw up and stated that they have to get doctor approval for a time on a Monday that still does not work for mine or my child’s schedule. Extremely unprofessional front desk.

The doctors are great. But the office staff is a joke. My son went In for an 18 month appointment. They failed to get his file(they had months to get it) they didn’t tell me until we showed up for the appointment. The ladies at the front needs to be educated on how to handle a child with sensory issues. The fact I got the mean mugged by the white lady in the front because my two year old won’t wear a mask because of sensory issues is a joke!!!

I love this office! I came here as a referral from a friend when my baby girl was born. I’ve never had any issues getting an appointment. All the doctors we have seen have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff is also extremely friendly. I’m so glad that this choice has been my easiest so far with my baby. Would recommend this office to anyone :)
