I’m deeply disappointed by the experience we had with Pediatric Pulmonary & Allergy. When I reached out for assistance for my underage daughter, I was shocked to be told that they could not help her and that I should instead seek an adult doctor. Refusing care to a minor who needs professional attention is not only unacceptable but also highly unethical. Children and teenagers deserve proper medical support from professionals trained to handle their age-specific needs. Redirecting me to an adult practitioner, who is not specialized in pediatric or adolescent care, shows a clear disregard for appropriate medical standards and the well-being of young patients. Great office, wonderful staff, no problems making appointments! Dr. Cardenas is so amazing- she always takes the time to really listen to our concerns regarding our son. For any pediatric allergy needs, I couldn’t recommend her any more! We absolutely love her!

My son had an appointment with Dr Cardena the appointment went fine they was supposed to send me a release form for his records from his previous exam and also referral for blood work he needs to be done it has been a week I’m waiting on those I have call 4 times no one ever call back or send me anything never going back and I will speak to the ensurance

any time you're visiting a specialist for your child, it can feel 'scary', but this office was so kind, compassionate, and understanding. Scheduling was simple, the appointment was prompt, and the doctor took time to help explain and demonstrate anything I needed to know for the care of my child. I left the office with a clear understanding of what the plan was moving forward, and felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan moving forward, and felt that the entire staff was supportive and had the best interest in my child's care at heart.
