Pediatric Prime Care

I’ve had children going to this office for 19 years. Excellent Dr & staff. My older teen is very upset he will have to switch drs soon.

Camille is the rudest person I’ve probably ever come across. She has always been this way. Just a completely angry individual. Also she’s a liar. I’ve never experienced any type of kindness from this woman. Today I informed Dr. Sawh of this behavior and he literally shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t care whatsoever. Therefore we won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. I wish there was an option for zero stars! Run run far away from this office.

Looking for another pediatric office. We will not return here. I don’t understand how this office gets upsets when you bring a sick child there because of the symptoms they have. I’m doing my job as a parent to get my child help and this place made me feel like I was the worse person in the world for bringing my kid in. Maybe when a parent calls and you establish the reason for requesting a visit you should at that point express your concern and state that the child should be tested and seen prior to coming there. Just completely ridiculous. I only completed the visit because my child is sick, other than that I will never return to this office again. Working in the medical field you should know you run the risk of being exposed to sick people. Do better.

I love this office. I went here as a child and now my children are seen here as well. They always do their best to accommodate your needs with scheduling and well checks are a breeze

The front desk waman is a rude and unprofessional person, and has no vocation for serving customers.
