We love Dr. Kate! As first time parents, we were so nervous but Dr. Chenault was so calm and reassuring every step of the way. We never felt rushed, no matter how many (annoying) questions we asked. Scheduling is easy and appointments are generally on time. Would definitely recommend!

We have gone here for about 3 years now for my oldest and my 11 month old has been seen there ever since she was born. The staff is unbelievably friendly and it is such a warming environment. The front desk ladies are amazing and always so helpful (: I feel so comfortable at this practice and trust everyone there. Thank you guys for exceptional service!

Terrible service since Dr. Feldman left. We got to our appointment 30 minutes early. Did NOT get seen until 10 AFTER our scheduled appointment. Total wait time (1hr) The front desk staff are trash. The only staff that actually care and do good work are triage and the actual nurses, and Doctor. Presentation is everything these unprofessional front desk staff are the worst. Find another place. This place is not like it use to be.

Left for a while. Dr Sage is amazing which is why I wanted to come back. Front office is still a little rough it seems. Seems to lack a certain knowledge. Im not sure if it's misinformation or if the people dont know and they have to keep figuring it out. If there is information to be given you should provide it up front or figure it out immediately; not after a 26 min conversation. Thats frustrating and annoying. Niecy(hope i spelled that right) could use some help. She was kind of nice, until I made her mad, i guess, but if you are uncertain about information you should figure that out promptly. I have three kids, so she didn't want to book my appointments from the beginning so everything after that seemed to me as an excuse. It was one reason after another, until she actually found a va

We’ve had a great experience here. Dr. Chenault is wonderful—patient, kind, and great with kids. The staff is friendly, appointments run smoothly, and we always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
