I never leave reviews for anything so this says a lot. I called to get my daughter scheduled as they were my last hope. I was so grateful that they could get her in soon. However, the appointment was great. The physical therapist was also great. My issue is the scheduling. After each appointment they said they would call me with the schedule. They NEVER called me. It was a few weeks until I called and they informed me that their physical therapist was on leave. That’s fine that she was on leave, but letting me know would have been nice. The day I called was the day she was back at work so they said that Taylor would give me a call at the end of the day to get my daughter scheduled. My son has been going for PT and OT for over a year, and we love his therapists and the front office. They care about his progress and are always great about providing updates and answering any questions. They treat him like family.

My boys have been going here for speech, occupational and physical therapy for over a year and we are really happy with them. Courtney and Ruth are wonderful and have helped them so much. You can tell they really care about the kids. The front office staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Marty at their office does not properly track your payments, hangs up on you, and will pull your child from their therapy spot without authorization from a legal guardian. She is rude, disrespectful, dishonest and unethical. Care for the child does not take president in her daily routines at the office. It’s sad because the therapist we had was wonderful but unfortunately for anyone who has to work with Marty in the office or any one of the front desk ladies, your experience, privacy and rights will NOT be respected.

This is the location that I take my daughter to for speech and occupational therapy. They have done such an amazing job over the past years and my daughter has learned and grew significantly since she first began. Highly recommended to people who may need treatment for their children. They are very professional.
