(Not all, but a lot of) the staff is rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience and like they are bothered by you being there. Wait times are EXTREMELY long (be prepared to carve out 2 hours for an appointment.) We are usually not seen until over an hour after our appointment time. They are not very reassuring in telling you the good things you are doing or that you’re doing a decent job overall. Just the things you need to be doing better/different. I have never left an appointment here in a good mood between the wait times, the attitude from the staff, and feeling like I’m doing something wrong. This has been my son’s primary doctor since he was born. Unfortunately they always take EXTREMELY LONG to see us. I will be seeking another doctor after todays visit. I do like some of the doctors but the wait time is always ridiculous. We had a check up today and after waiting in the room for an hour and 30 minutes I went to one of the nurses and asked how much longer it would be before we were seen and she assured me that we were next and it would be just a few minutes. She told me that the doctor was in the room right next-door to us. When walking back to our room they have times for each appointment. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we’re being called in at 11:05. The staff is more worried about their lunches than attending people that pay for medical attention for their children. Also they are still doing the one parent thing which they enforce to the death.

Staff is very attentive and considerate. Reasonable wait times. Work with patient for whatever is needed.
