Pediatric Partners

The doctors are great. However, most of the time they are over booked. You go in for and sit in the waiting room, then go to an exam room and I've sat for over an hour just to see the doctor. It's frustrating when your child is hungry, but we still gotta wait for the doctor.

Exceptional office staff and doctors. Our pediatrician of many years retired and referred us to Pediatric Partners and we couldn't be more happy. Each doctor treats my kids like they've been seeing them for years and goes that extra mile to ensure my children's needs are met. Office hours on Saturday is a plus.

I have been taking my son here for the last 6 months. In that time, we have seen Emily and Dr. Lomonico. Dr. ended up taking over care for our son primarily. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a tone in his voice that has been beyond calming. I do not feel judged for anything. He answers all my questions and his bed side manner is impeccable. There IS a long wait period most days but I have to say that it ends up being worth it because Dr. Lomonico does take his time and you don’t feel rushed. When it’s your turn, that’s something you’ll appreciate and not mind waiting for. Most of the front staff have been great with the exception of a younger girl that checks you in. (These reviews seem to focus on that the front staff as their main complaint so I don’t think I’m far off) At times she

DENIED SERVICE because I refused to put a mask on myself and my child. I called in for an appt, was given the appt and when the call was coming to a close, the office lady stated "you and your child must wear a mask". I am not sick, my son was really sick over a week ago, he is still lethargic but no other symptoms, so just wanted to get him checked out. Office staff was very rude and when I said we don't need to wear one, she said ok "thank you" and hung up. Called back, office lady was even more rude, asked to speak to a manager. Spoke to talk to Dr. Lomonico after office lady said the office manager was not available and he insisted on masks for both of us as well, I said I thought the incubation period for colds/flus was 5-7, its been over a week! Used to like Dr. Lomonico, evidently,

We love the doctors at Pediatric Partners but unfortunately their billing practices are extremely disappointing. Please be aware that even though their regular hours are 8:30AM - 7PM, Monday - Thursday, they charge you an extra $24 fee for any appointments that are after 6PM, so check the fine print. They call that gem an "extended hours fee." Also, although they are open on several federal holidays, you will get hit with that "extended service fee" for any appointments at all, no matter the time, on those days. I got hit with it for a Veteran's Day sick appointment for my child. I completely understand an after hours fee if we were to reach out to an on-call doctor in the middle of the night, but charging an extra fee for days that you are open for normal business just seems a bit un
