Pediatric Neurosurgery Associates

Super disappointed after having such a great experience at Arthur M Blanks CHOA emergency room to have this experience with CHOA Pediatric Neurosurgery. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a call back. The first person I spoke with told me someone would call me back within 24 hours. I called back a week later, after not receiving a response, and left a message. A week later and I've still heard nothing. I just needed a simple question answered. Can my son go back to sports or not?

Dr Boydston and his staff are wonderful. All very friendly, easy to talk to, and make you feel at ease. We really appreciated the opportunity to see and work with them, and we're so thankful for doctors, nurses, and office staff as compassionate as those who work with Dr Boydston.

Our first visit was better than we expected. As a parent, I appreciate the specialist using medical jargon and layman's terms so that we could understand. I respect his courtesy and down home attitude. He is very thorough in possible diagnosis And solutions. Doesn't make definite conclusions or chance anything. Need more dedicated people in this world . No complaints here!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Resiner, Blair and the entire staff!! We are so happy God put Dr. Reisner in our lives. Our daughter was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus had surgery when she was 1 month old to insert a shunt and at 7 months she has made a drastic improvement. The bedside manners are phenomenal and they never seemed bothered by all my questions. I 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr Reisner is a wonderful surgeon, and takes great care to communicate with patients and parents. Answers all questions. Staff very professional and friendly.
