I wish no stars was an option. I've been coming here for over 17yrs when I had my first child. I was recommended by my sister and I love the fact that they offer late services. Now I had a few incidents when some of the staff was rude but i reported to Dr. Rakowski and she apologized for their actions. Well since I've had my son its been so many new staff members and they just seem to get worse. Someone hung up the phone on me, because I kept asking to speak to a Doctor because at the time my car wasnt working and I just needed a copy of my sons immunization records. Now today I called and faxed over my son OT prescription hoping that they can get it signed by a doctor and faxed back now their machine is broken, which doesnt make sense because how did you receive the fax then. This place is horrendous! If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my niece here because she was throwing up all morning and had a severe tummy ache. We waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged that we were there. A family came in after us, they were seen before us and we were told it’s because they had an appointment. In addition, the person behind the desk told us we could not be seen because my niece has never been there before. She explained she can’t input new clients. Now, let’s be clear, this is a walk in clinic and we were denied care. I inquired if I am correct of this being a walk in clinic and the woman confirmed it was. I asked how many doctors were on Staff and was informed that two were. She explained that we should’ve made an appointment. In

My two children have been their patients since they were born and this office used to be good ,but not any more. The new receptionist is rude and not responsible . My two kids are waiting to go back to school due to the result of tests, the results have been come out already and she promised that she will fax over immediately but she never did. Hopefully this office can hire some responsible staffs.

I have been taking my 3 year old to this doctor's office for 2 years now and let me put it this way, it has just been getting worse and worse. They don't care about hygiene. A handful of times they gave us a room without cleaning it . 90% of the staff is extremely rude, no smiles, no greetings and they talk to you very rudely. Today I had the final straw with them. I took my autistic daughter in for bloodwork and urine test a week ago. Being autistic she started to cry when the doctor was doing a routine check up on her. The doctor made me feel horrible . She talked to me as if it was my fault my child has autism and called my child's crying, violent behavior! But it doesn't end here, today a week passed and I haven't gotten a call from their office about my child's blood and urine work re

It hurts my heart to write this review this pediatrician literally watched me grow up and since then I’ve decided to bring my first son here .she has grown her business now this office has completely declined. The head doctor is the sweetest most patient and skillful doctor. However I hope she realizes that the other staff and some doctors are completely ruining what she has built up through all these years. Please all of your loyal customers are leaving now I won’t even make an appointment unless it’s in the smith town office with her… truly upset if things don’t change I will have no other choice but to switch doctors….
