Pediatric HealthCare Associates

We've been using PHA for over 20 years. Even though the practice has grown, we still get that personal attention (but with the convenience of a large practice with tons of availability). Today's visit was for an ear infection. We were offered an appointment beginning in about 30 minutes' time. For us, the addition of the Hawley Lane office has been so convenient. Online check-in was easy. (I appreciate how fields repopulate and I don't need to fill out the same forms over and over.) Within 2 minutes, we were seen by the nurse, and the doctor followed a couple minutes after that. We have been going to Pediatric HealthCare Associates for the past 9 years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. They are open 7 days a week, which is incredibly convenient for busy families. Dr. Muzerniuck is truly wonderful—she is caring, attentive, and amazing with children. The rest of the team is equally professional and supportive. We always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this practice.

We love this practice! Dr. Alicja Moczerniuk-Dewera is absolutely wonderful — she listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure all our questions and concerns are fully addressed. We’ve had visits with her for different needs, and each time she has been patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel that she and the entire team, from the administrators to the nurses and front desk, put their hearts into providing the best care possible.

My family and I went in for my 2 year old toddler - it was a sick visit on a Saturday. The receptionist was so incredibly kind, so friendly with kids. The APRN we saw Jillian and the nurse that roomed up were so kind, listened to our concerns so well. They made us feel so cared for and were so kind to my son. We love PHA

Dr. Odinak has been exceptional for our the last 10 years! All the docs and staff there are awesome and go out of there way to accommodate us. (Which isn’t easy as we have a child with severe disabilities and a complex case.) I wish he was not retiring! But I know we are good hands with Karalee and the rest of them.
