Pediatric Health Center of Conyers

We have gone to PHC since my daughter (now 15) was born. When I was looking for a pediatrician while pregnant I visited here and was told one of their goals is to see kids, especially when ill, without delay. Not once have I had a problem with receiving prompt care for my daughter. They are always friendly and understanding. My daughter now sees Dr. Bigby as she’s a teen and wants to see a female doctor but she has seen all of the doctors there and we have always received great care. Dr. Bigby has been kind and compassionate navigating all of the anxieties of teen life with my daughter! We now live in Loganville and could definitely get a doctor closer to home but choose to continue to go to PHC because of the care we have received.

This place is the worst!!! This is the second time that we have taken the kids there for sickness and they said oh they are fine and no cold is in their chest!!! Well guess what??? The kids had to be admitted in the children’s for the second time and on oxygen!! The staff there don’t know how to check these babies unfortunately. Kids are 3 and 2 and we won’t ever come back here to be seen!! We actually walked out on them Thursday at the appointment. Find a new doctor for your babies!!

Miss Kim is very professional and she explained everything word. Word to make sure you understand exactly what she mean. I appreciate your service.💜💜💜 And my kids love her

Highly not recommended. If possible find a better, updated doc office. This office is old school & still has the 10min grace period policy from early 2000s late 90s era. I have never been offered an online/phone appt so I guess they don't have it available. The rooms are outdated & the play area in the lobby sucks badly. I tried to make it work with them for 2yrs now we're outta there. New doc, better establishment, more appt options, & nicer receptionist.

Everyone in the staff is polite and courteous from the front desk all the way up to my provider Miss Sierra is always super great. I’m not sure of the other young lady. She has braids and she has a northern accent. She is always super pleasant and really helps me with my test. Definitely appreciate everyone in the practice.
