Pediatric Health Associates

I have been going to this practice for well over 20 years, and I’ve seen so many changes. One thing that has not changed is their excellent customer service. The ladies in the front are always welcome. The bill's department women are always thorough with me and explain everything when I have a question. The doctors are always ready to explain every single question I have. Believe me, with all my six kids that they’ve seen, I have a lot of questions. All the medical assistants are great at their jobs.

Horrible pediatrician. Dr. Read comes off very aggressive and lacks knowledge. I felt belittled during the entire appointment. I brought my son in since he has been having low grade fevers for 2 weeks. The pediatrician first told me I should stop checking his temperature, then told me I need a new thermometer, then told me to bring him back if he continues to have fevers. There was no clear thought process and ultimately a waste of time. The entire time she challenged me on everything I said. No one washes their hands. Finally before the tech went to draw my son’s blood (I believe her name was Liz) I asked her to wash or sanitize her hands. She got extremely defensive and then was passive aggressive the rest of the appointment. She put her gloves on and still never washed her hands. Go els

I’ve had an amazing experience going to Pediatric Health Associates since I was born until I aged out of the practice. Dr. Maggie Chalson and Dr. Stewart Samuel deserve a special shoutout for their expertise, compassion, and consistent support throughout these 22 years. All of the providers at this practice are wonderful and trustworthy as well- I’ve seen many of them during sick visits. The entire staff is friendly and professional too. They will accommodate patients for urgent appointments when needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better pediatric office!

I had the most amazing experience today at the doctor! I felt so comfortable and heard from the moment I walked in. The front staff was beyond kind and accommodating, which was especially nice right before a holiday. I want to specifically thank Cynthia, Andrew, Liz, Marie, luke, and of course NP Jenny. PHA is the best!

We had a great check up with Dr . Samuel. Always laughing, cheering up the room, asking lots of questions, answering questions with full explanations, and remember key interest of the kids. Always ending with a fist bump 👊🏻 and on our way. Always a pleasure visit the office.
