Pediatric Group North East

My last pediatricians office we went to always took forever to take us in the room as well as see us, even when arriving earlier. We went here for the first time and not only were we seen fast but everyone was friendly. Our original plan was to switch doctors as we needed a quick visit, but we liked everyone so much we decided to stay.

I would give this clinic a 0 if I could. The young girl in the front is veryyyy rude and inconsiderate. The other girls in the front are fine. The girls in the back at times can seem like they don't wanna be there helping out. The main Dr is fine but one of the NP who speaks perfect English and is a bit taller and bigger kind of is also rude. The waiting times are ridiculous even when they already have you in the room the wait is too too long. I needed extensive information for my daughter's condition which they could not provide. 0 stars do not recommend

Dr. Rymer is the best doctor. She is attentive and listens to the needs of our children to better their health. I am so grateful to have her as our trusted physician.

So far my visits with my newborn have been great, staff is friendly, always get seen in a timely manner.

NP Saucedo, Heather is very impatient and rude. She acts like our visits are an inconvenience to her.
