I cannot say enough about this office. Everyone is so nice, just like family. Whenever I need to call for whatever reason I always receive a quick response. It is a pleasure to go to your appointment. Thank you for always being there for us.

My daughter's very first visit was great. We were given some hope and things looked promising. However, everything went downhill from there. She was supposed to have her second appointment today, and I say supposed to because THEY cancelled it without any communication to us. We showed up to her appointment and was told there should've never been a follow up appointment made (even though we were told to make one) because we were supposed to follow up with a doctor in Pennsylvania. How? Based on the information of "I have a buddy in Pennsylvania"? The woman knew nothing of what was said by Dr Westbrook. He said he would be checking with his buddies and such. Lack of communication and accountability has turned me off of this practice and will be looking for another one.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Fredette since her T1D diagnosis this past summer. She has been an amazing provider. She’s incredibly easy to talk to, very personable, and truly seems to care about the families she’s working with. On top of all that, the entire staff here is GREAT!! They will go above and beyond to get you the tools and information you need. I have had a marvelous experience overall.

Such a great practice!! The doctor s take their time and listen to you. The front staff is so welcoming and friendly!
