Dr. Burtman is unbelievable! She is extremely professional and sensitive. My son has had enormous success under her care. He has grown so well and is healthy. I recommend her with enthusiasm!!! She stepped in where Dr. Hershcopf left off and didn’t miss a beat. She is the best! Also her office staff is incredible!

Dr. Burtman is a true gem. She has been treating my son with growth hormones for the past year. To her credit, at our first consultation, she advised waiting a few months before moving forward in case he had a late growth spurt. We did wait and the growth wasn't happening on his own, so she ran very thorough tests to ensure he was a candidate for use of growth hormones. She spent an extraordinary amount of time during our visits, taking a medical history, answering questions, and making my son and us feel comfortable in our choice. Her quarterly visits have been just as thorough as when we started, and I highly recommend Dr. Burtman as a Pediatric Endocrinologist.

Dr. Burtman is the absolute gold standard in endocrinologists! Dr. Burtman’s manner is perfect. She’s understanding, compassionate and truly cares about what the kids and the parents want. She listens to you and your family. Dr. Burtman expertly explains all aspects of her diagnosis and prognosis and is the most knowledgeable doctor in her field that I have met. Dr. Burtman is wonderful!! Not only is she an excellent doctor, but also is very kind and compassionate. She really listened patiently to the needs and concerns I had with putting my son on growth hormones. Under her care, my son who is Celiac has finally reacclerated his growth rate.
