Pediatric Dentistry of Pittsburgh

My two year old son had fallen pretty hard and knocked his tooth loose. After a quick evaluation, I was referred to Pediatric Dentistry of Pittsburgh by my local dentist for my son’s unfortunate tooth extraction. Dr. Shaw and his staff, and Dr. Borandi (Dentist Anesthesiologist) were fortunately able to squeeze us in on short notice for my son’s extraction. Dr. Shaw and staff / Dr. Borandi were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and comforting during the entire process. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Borandi took time to explain the sedation and procedure and answered any questions my wife and I had. Post-extraction, the doctors and staff all checked in regularly to see how my son was doing for the short time we were there before we were cleared

My daughter had to get a lot of dental work done. She is 4. They were amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better experience given the situation. Absolutely 100% recommend!

I love it here, and so do my kids! I had originally taken them somewhere else but ended up switching when I took my daughter here for a procedure. They’re really patient, they take the time to explain what they’re doing to both the child and parent. Very friendly and professional.

We have been going here for about 4 years now. The staff is great and friendly and my children get excited to get a sticker and a token to get a small prize when they are done! Would definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly staff, very clean location, and easy to locate. Overall one of the best orthodontic locations in the city, and will recommend to friends who are getting braces. Thank you!
