As a first time mom, taking your infant to a pediatric dentist can be a little stressful especially when knowing you have to get procedure like a tongue tied release done. Definitely was saying a lot of prayers. Needless to say — it went AMAZING. From the moment my husband and I walked in to the moment we left, we felt so cared for. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares for your child, it’s this one.

I had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland – North with Dr. Erin & Associates. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was friendly, caring, and very professional. Crystal, who cleaned my son’s teeth, was amazing. She was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind, making him feel completely comfortable during the cleaning. I truly appreciate her calm and caring approach. She listened to all our concerns, reviewed my son’s X-rays with us, and clearly explained the treatment plan and next steps. She made sure we understood everything before moving forward. Dr. Erin was equally fantastic — polite, humble, and very patient with kids. I've never been disappointed! My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist. They are flexible with scheduling/ rescheduling. The communication is always clear and straight forward and I've never had an issue with unforeseen fees. I'm confident that my kiddo is getting the best care!

I took my two year-old and four-year-old for their first dentist visit at this location and it beyond exceeded my expectations. I did arrive about 30 minutes early in order to complete new patient paperwork on my phone using the text message that they sent, and although it was a crowded lobby area, it was fairly quiet with a play area for my sons to climb up the stairs and wave at me through a thick plastic window. My sons were called back just two minutes after their appointment time and were guided to an additional play area while the staff explained to me the next steps. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was anxious that my sons were going to be scared for their first visit. However, the staff eased their minds and mine. They explained everything thoroughly

Absolutely love this office!! Everyone was so kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable & professional! My daughter was nervous at first but as soon as we walked in and felt the warmth of the staff and even patients waiting to be seen, she felt much better. Being called back was another nervous moment but when we got back there and saw their set up, it was so welcoming. My daughter was instantly relieved. The entire experience from walking in to walking out and every step in between was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for making a scary dentist visit such a wonderful experience, not only for my daughter but for me as a worried mama as well! Can’t wait for her next appointment!
