Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida

My 4 year old had a visit today for a cleaning and it went so smooth. The nurses couldn’t be more nice, his was on the floor playing monster trucks with him while waiting for the doctor. When the Dr John came over he was so great and informative! Couldn’t be happier!

Our family has been bringing our child to this dental office for many years, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. From the smooth check-in process to the thorough cleanings and imaging, everything is handled with care and professionalism. The staff are always friendly, patient, and great with kids, and the doctors are attentive and kind. We also really appreciate the regular appointment reminders, which make scheduling so easy. Highly recommend this office.

After a few not so great experiences elsewhere, we came to PDCF based on a recommendation from a friend and have had the best experiences! Every single staff member has been kind, patient, and very welcoming. My son was nervous about the dentist coming to this office but everyone has made him (and me) feel very at ease. Shoutout to Natalie, a hygienist who was truly the best with him and made our visit so smooth!

Dr. Bertot and his team are great! Very professional and caring. My son had a cleaning done by Ms. Heide and she was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Bertot answered all our questions, my husband and I both felt heard and valued. We love our dentist and the team!

This dental office is truly amazing, the dentist here actually care and listen. After a previous dentist failed to meet my daughter’s needs during a dental abscess, this office stepped in and took care of her. They took her Pallister-Killian Syndrome into full consideration and treated her with genuine care and compassion. Today she had dental work with sedation, and they were incredible at making her feel safe and comfortable, even the anesthesiologist was amazing. If your child has special needs or is on the autism spectrum, this is absolutely the place to go. I only wish they treated adults too.
