Pediatric Dentistry of Anderson

My daughter had to have a dental surgery done to fix her teeth, and this office was absolutely wonderful the entire way through. Everyone’s communication was clear, they got us in as soon as they possibly could, and were very reassuring even with me being the anxious mama that I was. The suite itself is super clean and kid friendly, and had my daughter intrigued no matter what room we went into. I absolutely love this office and wish it had been my dental office when I was a kiddo.

My daughter had been seen at this Denistry before and everything was wonderful, until she had another cleaning scheduled. When we came in to her appointment I was told by the receptionist (who at first started off friendly then towards the end of the conversation was very rude), told me that I needed to pay an out of pocket of $247 and that my insurance would reimburse me, for a basic teeth cleaning. However, I never had to do this at any of the other cleanings before, so I was confused as to why all of a sudden this had changed and how I was NOT notified before coming to the appointment. Mind you, they have contacted me at least 3 times beforehand leading up to the appointment and had even asked me about my insurance and somehow NEVER disclosed with me that anything had changed on their e

Every dental visit is a fantastic experience! Dr. Ron is so, so good at that he does and his personality is calming and soothing. He and is staff are clear in each step and we always feel well assured our teeth are the the. Eating hands! Thanks for yet again another fantastic experience. See you next year!

Dr. Ron & his team are fantastic, from check in to check out. My daughter is on the severe side of the autism spectrum & they are so, so great with her. She actually looks forward to going to the dentist which is HUGE. She absolutely loves Miss Tracey & we will always recommend them to everyone we know!

Dr. Ron and team are the absolute best! My daughter has had multiple teeth extracted over two visits. Both times the staff were so great…making sure she was comfortable and comforted the whole time! Can’t thank you enough!
