Superb professional experience. Our child was born with a tongue tie and lip tie that had been causing her to have delays in eating and several choking episodes. We went to 4 different doctors, a speech and feeding therapist, and had a swallow study done for everyone to tell us she needed to have a frenotomy done, but no one could do it because she was 2 and needed sedation. We are so happy that we were finally referred to Dr. Bertot. Not only was the procedure done, but he also referred us to a specialized group of feeding therapist who helped with pre and post procedure therapy. Our child can finally eat basic food like chicken or even drink water without constantly choking. Know you are in the best hands with this practice!

We can't say enough about the service we received late on a Saturday night due to a dental injury my 2 year old had while we were vacationing in Florida. Our son fell on stairs and displaced 3 teeth and had badly swollen gums. We contacted and left messages with multiple dentist offices and Dr. Mansour was the only one who called us back and made herself available to meet with us that evening (around 8 pm). She was absolutely wonderful with our son and trusted her to look at the damage, clean up the mess and take an x-ray.
