I love it here. Everyone is so caring and really takes the time to connect with your child. Dr. Dahiya is one of the best and I highly recommend it here. I’ve been with her for over 5 years now. She’s caring for all 3 of my kiddos who each have their own personality. One of them being very very shy, but she’s patient with him and still gets the exam done.
We had such a pleasant experience. I brought my autistic child for the first time to this office. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the front desk ladies to the doctor. They took time to explain everything to us, there was no pressure, no rush. Dr. Arti was gentle, calm, very professional, and clearly experienced working with children who have sensory sensitivities. It’s not easy to find a dentist who understands neurodiverse kids, and I’m so grateful for the care we received and looking forward to see them very soon.
There's a reason why this place has 5.0 stars. My son was traumatized by another dentist and would refuse to get treatment afterwards. We noticed he had a cavity and tried FOUR different dentists prior to coming to Dr. Arti. She has a way with kids that make them feel safe. She's extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for her and her team.
My child had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Dentistry at West Cary. The staff were kind, patient, and professional throughout our visit. They took time to explain every step to my child, which helped ease any anxiety or fear. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and child-friendly, making my daughter feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Arti Dahiya and her team made sure we understood all aspects of care and answered every question. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for thoughtful, gentle dental care for kids!
