Pediatric Dental Services

For a dentist office that is always busy from patrons who receive Medicaid benefits, the office does their job and does it well. The office is a product of the government and how they choose to fund it. Most of the staff left during or after the pandemic and only a few have returned plus the doctor herself. They work tirelessly to see every patient and do what is best for the patient. I myself have been going since I was a young child and I am now in my 20's. I have no complaints and I wait in the waiting room until I am called, knowing that everyone there is waiting for the same FREE service. Patience is best, especially when the staff is usually just 2 assistants and the doctor. Thank you to the amazing staff that has taken care of my siblings and I until we have aged out. I don’t like leaving bad ratings but they need to improve. This dentist office so far doesn’t try to accommodate to nothing. It’s been four months everytime I’m trying to book a date for my child it’s already full it’s frustrating. I can’t be going to a place that’s inconvenient towards my needs. I could understand last minute booking. But two months are you serious. The fact was it was closer to my house but I rather go somewhere that’s not going to require me to miss work or my child to miss school to see a dentist! They are inconsiderate!!!

This place doesnt even deserve a star the only reason why I clicked it was to be able to write this review. I came to this place with my sons years ago and waited horribly to get the dentist to see him. Decided to give it a try yrs after missed an appointment a 8:30 am called them before I went to ask if I could still bring him they told me I could. I've been here 4 hrs and they still haven't seen my son. I work Mon-Friday and off wnds and its the only reason why I'm still here. I live a block from this place and I will never ever come back this is the worst place ever. GO ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF FROM RUINING THE DAY. So far for having a productive day. I know I missed my appt but just tell me today we cannot: don't take 11 kids before me.😒 😔

The wait time is TERRIBLE 4 hours minimum. Once you get in and they start working on your teeth they just stop make you wait like an hour then start again until they finish. The waiting room is dirty and rundown. The only good thing about this place is the staff.

Children CAN NOT be accompanied by parents!!!! You really don't have any ideas as to what is being to your out of sight child.😲😵 1. Far too many patients for this clinic. 2. Appointment times are NOT at all convenient for parents.😫😫 3. Waiting time is horrible.😠😴😴 4. Medicaid is paying good money for substandard (inferior) dental work.😞🙊 5. I would not recommend this clinic.
