Pediatric Dental Centers of Homestead

We had a wonderful experience at my son’s first dental visit! The front desk was friendly, and the office was clean and fun for kids. Danna, our hygienist, was extremely patient and kind with my son. He was nervous about his first cleaning, but she made him laugh and smile throughout. The doctor was also gentle and reassuring. We only waited about 10 minutes and were in and out in under an hour. Best of all, my son left happy and smiling. Highly recommend!

The dentist took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and at ease. The office is clean, kid-friendly, and well organized. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dentist!

The in-person visit itself was actually good. The staff and dentist were kind with my children, the appointment went smoothly, and I left feeling okay about the care they received that day. However, the issue came after the visit. When I called the next day to ask follow-up questions about the treatment plan, I was told there was no way to speak with a manager, dentist, or anyone clinical — no call back, no email, nothing — and that I would have to come back in person just to get clarification. As a parent, it’s frustrating to not have any option to discuss or better understand my child’s treatment plan without physically returning to the office. The care itself was good, but the lack of post-visit communication and flexibility was disappointing and something families should be aware of.
