Pediatric Dental Associates and Orthodontics

Both of my kids have been going to Pediatric Dental Associates for over a decade, and our experience has been consistently outstanding. They’ve managed to make dentistry fun with their welcoming atmosphere and friendly, well‑trained staff. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they care about creating a positive experience for children. It’s truly the perfect place for pediatric dental care.

Great staff, we loved our dentist and assistants. Everyone we encountered was kind and patient. I never thought my little scaredy cats would smile at a dentist's office, especially during a procedure! This is truly a place with kids in mind. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Me and my families are very disappointed at PDOD! We will never ever take our kids to there again!!! On 10/30, just one day ahead of the Halloween, I took my son for adding a crown on lower right tooth. After processing, my son told me his mouth is numb, I told him it’s normal phenomenon because you were given some medicine for pain relief . He then fell asleep on our way home. After around 1.5 hours sleep, he waked up and was sitting there watching TV, half hour later, he told me that his mouth still painful, very uncomfortable, so I checked his mouth and lips. IT REALLY SHOCKED ME as his mouth was seriously hurt, obvious scratched, skin were broken, deeply broken, mouth swelling a lot, he can not eat anything, drink and speak became very hard and painful. I was so sad and felt so sorry

I am writing this as a deeply concerned mother, and I would never want another parent to go through what my child and our family experienced with Pediatric Dental Associates. My young son was seen by Tanya Triplett and another male dentist for a severe tooth abscess. He was running a very high fever (up to 105), clearly very sick, and in significant pain. He was prescribed antibiotics, but after more than three days his condition only worsened. His entire face became swollen, including his eyes, which were nearly swollen shut. He had fever, malaise, and increasing pain — all extremely alarming symptoms for a child. I absolutely love it here! My kids love it here! Very friendly environment! Dr. Erin and her assistant Jess have always been phenomenal! They always go above and beyond to be sure my kids are always in a comfortable, safe space! Dentist can be a scary place but this team is fun and joyful and will offer an exceptional experience. I would like to also say that John Z, that gave a terrible review, is being dishonest and unfair. We’ve been going to this dentist since my babies were little bitty and they’re now 11 and 13 and they’ve ALWAYS advised about biting of the lip. Children will be children and parents should know better as a parent that you have to help your child understand how the process works! That’s all failure on his part as a parent! Yep I said it and I stand by it firmly!
