Pediatric Center

This place is absolutely terrible. It takes absolutely forever to call them in the mornings and then after they keep you on hold forever they whisper and then hang up on you right after. Then you lose the appointment time to their incompetence. Last time I went to get my son a check up I was suppise to get a doctor. Instead I got a nurse that kept saying they didn't know anything and they would get the doctor which they didn't so my son got his blood drawn for no reason. They ask you to get there 30 minutes prior of your appointment time but they still make you wait past your appointment time so keep that in mind. That's all.

Come here if you love to be treated like cattle, where the staff are mask nazi’s 3 years after the pandemic is over and everyone has already been vaccinated 5 times. Come here if you love staff that will knock against the glass that you are behind to tell you or your child to put your mask up. Come here if you like the idea of being separated from taking part of the visit because of a one person only policy that can join your infant or child. I don’t trust any clinic, staff member or doctor that seeks to separate 1 month old babies completely arbitrarily from their parents and I don’t recommend you do either. My advice is to find somewhere else to go.

Is such a Terrible Place Staff here is the worst so un professional they dont have face mask available for patients they had me wait outside for a copy of my sons physical is the worst of the worst staff treat new patients so bad this wad my first and last visit here any other clinic is better than this, wow i cant believe the unproffesionalism of this staff the owner of this place should be aware of what is going on here

Horrible front desk. Rude and hypocritical. Showed up 5 minutes late for an appointment and they told me that I have to schedule again and I shouldn’t be late. Next time I showed up 15 minutes early and they had me waiting 45 minutes with an empty office. Nurses or workers in the back are chitchatting all day and couldn’t be bothered. They don’t treat you like a human here.

The worst medical office in Brooklyn they don’t care for their patients who are children! Their policy is absurd and customer service is terrible. Staff is very heartless is disgusting.
