Dr. Ortega and all the secretaries are absolutely divine. They always provide speedy service and Dr. Ortega always effectively treats and diagnoses patients. In the 19 years I have been coming here, I have never had an issue. It is always easy to get an appointment and easy to reschedule or cancel if need be (just call!). I love this office, the staff and the doctor!

Took our daughter to Dr. Jesus' office once, and glad to say that it was our last time. They don't follow any type of infection control whatsoever. The doctor roams around without gloves between seeing patients. The rooms don't even have a sink so I'm pretty sure he doesn't even wash his hands. He gave our daughter a vaccine and placed everything on the table like it was paper and not a needle. Also, he didn't even notify us about the vaccines that she needed and that were due. Honestly, I don't think he should be practicing. I WOULD GIVE HIM ZERO STARS if I could because this is serious and should not be taken lightly. PARENTS BE AWARE and please do more research before taking your children to the doctor.

This location is the worst. Dont bother taking your kids here. The doctor is rude and the women that work there dont know how to process insurance at all. The request you to pay when your insurance clearly has no copay or deductible. And even though I change the PCP to this doctor but I didnt get the new card yet, they would not see my son. I even asked them to call and verify I had changed the PCP, they refused. I won't ever bring my kids here again.

My daughter had an emergency and they did not let me in. She missed school just to go to the doctor and the rude lady on the phone said we have to make an appointment. The doctor also gave my daughter a medicine that she has to continue and i called days ago to re fill it and they did not let me come in! Don’t come here it’s not safe for your kids . They just care about money are are rude. Should have left years ago! Not caring at all! No vendrán aquí!

Doctor Ortega is really good with patients but the front desk staff provide always a terrible service. I called to get an emergency appointment for my little sister and they just hang up on me.
