Pediatric Associates Winter Springs

I had an amazing experience! This is by far the best office I have ever brought my babies to. With my Newborn they brought me immediately into a room to avoid her being around others or sick patients since she is only 4 days old. They were fast, kind, and the Dr. was very knowledgeable and was happy to support my medical choices for my baby. I can’t recommend them enough. I will forever bring my children I love this office!

We absolutely love Dr. De La Peña! Our family has been seeing her for years, and she never disappoints. She’s professional, caring, and truly knows her stuff. Came in for a sick visit since my son’s regular office was booked for the day. Dr. Dela Pena Arce was great and very helpful! Rosemarie at the front desk is amazing too! Glad to have this great option as well for my son’s doctor visits.

⚠️THIS PRACTICE IS SHADY AND FRAUDULENT⚠️ I am writing this review to document a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with this pediatric office during my newborn’s visits. From a clinical standpoint, the care was unprofessional and unnecessarily distressing. Blood work could not be completed competently during our visit, resulting in multiple painful needle sticks for our newborn without success. Ultimately, the clinic was unable to perform the required testing at all due to the lack of basic on-site laboratory capability and appropriate instruments. We were sent to a hospital to repeat the blood work entirely—an inconvenience and burden that should never occur during routine newborn care.
