Pediatric Associates Winter Haven

I had appointment at 9:15 waited 1 hour plus and when I asked how long it would take at the front desk woman stated she did not know. Then she stated that we were next that was a lie because 2 other people were called right after this, mind you theses people came in after us. She completely dismissed me after I told her that I had another appointment after this. The encounter was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

It was fast and efficient. Dr. Fatima was awesome. We recently moved to the area from Miami and now have a new obsession with another location. Thanks for always caring and being ready to provide top notch care/service!

Since I have moved back to central florida, my kids have only came here for visits. I will say I absolutely love this office and all the people in it! Any worries I have, they have helped and are always there to advise and inform me. Keep Up The Good Work Winter Haven Office!

I didn’t want to give 1 star at all 0 stars!!!!! My son was seen on Mon 10/10/25 the Dr told us he just had a cold and to let it run its course. No test were ran. Yesterday I took him to the Emergency Room and he tested positive for RSV😡😡 I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Luckily I took him to the ER on Wednesday because had I listened to Doctors orders my son could have possibly been hospitalized but Thank God his xray was clear. I will definitely be seeking a different Doctor when booking appointments, or seeking another organization that will be more thorough

This office caused me a lot of unnecessary stress during an already difficult time for my family. I called multiple times before my child’s appointment (after a week-long hospital stay) to make sure they had access to his hospital records. I was told every time that they did not have access — only to find out at check-in that they actually did. I spent hours trying to solve a problem that wasn’t real, and when I shared how frustrating that was, the staff offered no apology or accountability — just said my feedback would be “shared.” That’s not good enough. I expected better communication and at least some level of empathy from a healthcare provider. This experience made it clear that patient concerns are not taken seriously here.
