So rude at the front desk refused to give my daughter stickers until after she checks out. She asked them twice for stickers. Waited 1 hr outside . People who came after us went in before us. And we waited 25 minutes in the room after for the dr to come see us.

Dr Garcia is the absolute best! So patient, so kind, and so knowledgeable! She answered our every question and brought me and my wife to peace to where we left feeling confident and sure enough, her advice worked and helped us out! Thank you!

Not sure if it’s due to new management or other changes, but the quality of service has noticeably declined during our recent visits. Appointments that used to be quick and pleasant have become inconsistent — we’ve been left waiting for long periods, even having to step out twice to remind staff we were still waiting to be seen. My husband, waiting outside, noticed others arriving after us and being seen more quickly. Room cleanliness also isn’t what it once was, which is disappointing. The doctors themselves — especially Dr. Terri Johnson — remain excellent, but overall, the experience from an administrative and management standpoint has fallen short. If things don’t improve, we’ll likely start looking for care elsewhere.

Left much to be desired. I appreciate them getting me in last minute and it was a very quick appointment overall however, the doctor (Nisha Broodie) was not interactive with my son at all. And didn’t listen to my concerns when I told her that he didn’t do good with topical medications and that he needed an oral medication. We saw a wonderful ARNP named Crystal In the Palm Beach Gardens office. She was thorough. She was patient. She explained things and she was on top of things. She got test ordered right away and I am so impressed by her and happy that she is a part of my son’s care team.
