Pediatric Associates Titusville

I had high hopes when we first initiated care with this office. I do appreciate most of the staff at this office. My main issue is I reached out to this office on Jan 29th requesting a care for my son, and still have yet to hear back from the office. I even called multiple times, they claimed they tried to help by submitted a referral to my insurance, called and looked online with my insurance and no referral was even placed. The current issue has to do with my sons mental health, and for me to trust in my sons care with this office has now concerned me. My son has daily mental health struggles which your office is well aware of because he has been seen there. Your office is suppose to help not only because that is what you signed legal documents to do but also get paid to do. I have

I went to see Ms.Megan today and she was so very kind, talked through everything in terms I could understand, and listened to everything I had to say. Not only was Ms.Megan very kind but everyone else I had talked to were very kind and had a warm presence about them. I'm a person that dreads going to the doctor's but I was very happy with my visit.

I come here for all 5 of my children. From 17 to 7 weeks old. Dr, NP and Staff are always polite, professional and helpful with anything we need. Turnover is always quick as well ☺️ We love it at both locations.

We love this office for our twins! The staff are so sweet and ready to help. We especially love Heather! Very accommodating doing our twins at the same appointment slot, and they are champs! And the office is CLEAN! We love it!

We absolutely love taking our daughter here. Especially when we get to see Heather. She is exceptional to work with! Thank you for all your hard work.
