Pediatric Associates St. Lucie North

This experience was horrible! I initially posted a 5 star after visited started because my prior experinces with Dr. K were amazing and this visit was off to the same start. But it changed after MA did her poriton of the visit. In the room waiting for about 45 mins for Dr. Vincent Roger, first time being seen by him, when I was informed due to IT issues the MD was delayed and for some reason being seen by another provider wasn't an option. I waited another 15 mins before going to check out window to inquire further on when I would be seen. Practice manager overheard conversation and went to speak with MD about delay. She returned to the room, apologized and again mentioned the IT issue. At this point its been about an hr since seeing the MA, I explained that is unprofessional, I don't need

This place has gone downhill since Dr Chiong left and they joined pediatric associates. I called with my insurance earlier this week. I was told I was all set. No issue. I arrive for my 8:45 appointment at 8:30. I was told there's no insurance on file. I gave them my card and was then told "you don't have insurance. It's not active". I told her it was. I just used it last week and my son was just here 2 weeks ago and we used the same card no issue. She has me take a seat. I sit for about 30 mins and she opens the window to tell me "you don't have insurance, they are wrong cause in our portal it says no". Maybe your portal is wrong? Why would the insurance company I pay and also confirmed be wrong. So now, I get on the phone and wait 25 mins to get connected to someone. She takes the phone

Dr was amazing. Very kind and informative. The medical assistants are not toddler friendly. Medical assistant was not empathetic at all NOT FRIENDLY. My son was terrified of the nurse and doctor and only the doctor understood how to treat a toddler. Do not recommend to any toddler with a behavioral condition.

Do better! Appointments at 2:15, Came at 2:15 and doctor didn’t come in until around 3:15-3:20. I’m sitting in the parking lot with our second kid doing circles around the round about to calm him down, This office doesn’t respect anyone’s time, If doctor wasn’t going to come check my wife and my newborn at 2:15 or a little after that time then don’t schedule us at 2:15. If doctor was gonna come at 3:15 then schedule us for that time. Respect our time!

Dr koblegard has always been a delight easy to talk to, patient, and kind. The front desk lady Maria was precious and amazing!!!!!
