Pediatric Associates Royal Palm Beach

My kids saw Yvette Braynen, ARNP at the Royal Palm office and was very happy with her and her Medical Assistant. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and patient. Yvette was not rushed and took her time to answer every question. Yvette is one of the best clinicians at Pediatric Associates!!! We'll see her again 🫶🏾.

After we waited over an hour for the Doctor to see our daughter - during the consultation we had several concerns that needed to be addressed, but the Doctor said she could only address 3 concerns per patient and we should get another appointment. Absolutely unnaceptable! She also said the rest of the patients were waiting over an hour to be seen...

I was running late and tried calling to let them know, but there’s no phone access to the office. When we arrived, they turned my daughter away. We rescheduled and made sure to be on time for the next appointment, only to wait an entire hour to see a nurse. The same rules should apply both ways 🙄 please respect our time as well. Thank you. How do you work in a place that serves children and you’re so nasty to their parents? She was nasty and loud from the minute we walked to the front desk. This was my first interaction and it really turned me off from being here. My kid is sick so I needed her to be seen. Luckily the doctors are super nice and respectful.
