I Honestly had a really good visit. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they were very patient with my kids. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which I really appreciated. The doctor took the time to listen to our concerns and made us feel comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience

Horrible experience. Came here to get a physical for my son and a ECG.Five days passed and the results still weren't ready. The office doesn't have a contact number to call, only a central office that doesn't give you any information. I had to come to the office to ask about the results and was shocked to find out they had lost the ECG. I had to go back to get my son so they could retake the test and wait for the results again. How is it possible that they can lose a test in a doctor's office?…Once I get the results, I took the paperwork to mu son’s school and we got rejected due to they didn't stamp it. And now I got a bill stating that I owe them $110. How can it be possible when I paid out of my pocket. Like I said before they don't have a contact to call direct to the office. I went to

Waiting time was shorter that expected and the staff are always friendly, attentive and make you feel welcome and well taken care of. I would recommend this facility for your kids medical needs.

Tried to make a newborn appointment for almost two weeks. I called , call center kept answering & told me they didn’t have anything available & when they tried to reach the office they told me the calls weren’t going through. They told me they would take my information down and give me a call and I never heard from them. Two days later, which was now Friday I called again and nothing I decided Into the office on Monday and I got there at 12:30. The doors were not open. I had to stand there for a little over 30 minutes until someone was leaving and I went in went upstairs In the pediatric suite door was locked as well. The time was 1:02. Mind you I was on the phone on hold the whole time, Someone was leaving the office so I went through and asked if I can schedule an appointment for my new

We didn’t have to wait. They took us in right before our appointment time. The doctor was thorough and nice. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive.
