Pediatric Associates of Wellesley

We have been going to Pediatric Associates of Wellesely for 11 plus years now for our 3 kids, with Dt David Landis our pediatrician. Staff is always kind, doctors are amazing. This past weekend we participated in their first Covid Clinic. It was amazing. It was so organized, the parking was easy, staff was great. We were in and out in no time. They even had the waiting area outside with activities for the kids. Amazing job by everyone involved to make vaccination 1 of 1 super easy and safe. Thank you so much. Crissy F

PAOW never disappoints. From the moment we walk in for any appointment we are greeted with friendly smiles. They are always running on time and when we’re seeing Dr Landis he makes us feel like we are his only patient. Giving us however much time we need. He addresses every concern we have with solid advice and compassion. Even the vaccine clinics they hold are a well oiled machine. We just came from my daughter’s first dose of covid vax and they went out of the way to set up a kid friendly fun atmosphere. They are the best!

I found the front desk person a little rude. It was my first time going to this office. I had to leave work early, get my kid, passed the office, which ultimately made me late. When my husband called to make the appointment, the receptionist, upon learning we were close by assumed we should be able to make it in 6 minutes, obviously that wasn’t the case. When I called to say I arrived I had the central number so that delayed me getting through to someone at the actual office. Once I got some one on the phone they sounded annoyed that I was late saying “you were suppose to be here at 3” and I overheard her saying to the nurse, “You won’t believe this, there is another COVID test.” I don’t want to diminish how hard nurses and Dr’s offices are working, and ultimately we were able to get the

This is by far the best Dr’s office. From the desk staff to the nurses. Everyone is friendly, patient and understanding. My boys see Dr Landis and we love him. He’s listens well, not only to us (parents) but to what my 4 year old has to say. He always has the best solution to our questions and gives advice accordingly.

The front desk person Alayne Tilton was very rude when attending to me. I was trying to check in but her and the other staff were busily chatting with each other. She was sharing with others of what "procedure" was being done to a patient an hour before we got there. Because of this i have contacted Partner's Hearth and the State to put in a complaint.
