We heard about this place from an employee who worked in a health food store and was helping us in the supplement aisle. He raved about how lucky he was to have found Dr O and PAOJ for his kid that we decided to check out the practice for our upcoming school physicals for both our kids. Although there are a lot of pediatricians in our neighborhood, we made the switch to this practice right after our first visit. PAOJ runs a tight ship without ever feeling rushed. We were extremely frustrated with the scheduling and communication at Pediatric Associates of Jacksonville. We booked an appointment with Dr. O on April 4 for October 10, only to receive an email on September 15 canceling it with no prior notice or explanation. When we called to reschedule on September 16, we were told Dr. O had no availability until October 16. Then, on September 25 at 9:15 PM, we received another email stating our appointment was reassigned to a nurse, again without any communication beforehand. When I called the front desk on September 26 morning to address these last-minute changes, they claimed we should have received calls, but we never did. The absolute best doctor my onr the spectrum son has ever seen!! The only doctor that has made a difference in my son’s life! He functions at a whole new level! She has alternative treatments that actually help. She’s educated and focuses on nutrition while fixing issues at a cellular level rather than masking problems. She is the real deal!

We love Dr. O! My son, as well as nephews, see her and she is phenomenal at what she does. She is kind, compassionate and intelligent! She is everything you would want from someone who is taking care of your most important accomplishment. We also appreciate her integrative approach to medicine. My husband brought our son in for his first appointment today and he was highly impressed with everything. Dr O is amazing. She actually cares for her patients. So relieved to finally find someone that is willing to actually listen and give quality care.
