My child was sick and they quickly got him in to be seen. The staff is friendly and they are supportive of parents choice when it comes to vaccines and doing what makes the parent comfortable if you want to follow the typical schedule, delayed schedule or not vaccinate at all.

I took my son here because we’re new to the area and just a week after moving out of state he popped a fever and seemed to have the flu. They got me in fairly quick, but didn’t tell me they don’t have rapid flu tests until mid appointment so I got the results back after the symptoms were gone. Waste of time and money, I got his results after he was no longer sick. Speaking of money. In my rush to get him to the doctor, I didn’t think to ask about insurance coverage. I assumed everything was fine when I was charged a $194 copay, which seemed ridiculous but it’s a new year so, okay. Now, two weeks later, I’m finding out this place was not in network and we’re being charged $1,500 for a quick check, a flu test that took almost a week to get the results of, and a strep test. I am a first time mother and I was very picky about who I decided for a Pediatrician. I’m so happy I went with this office. Kelley Meadows is genuinely a sweet heart and is passionate about her line of work. She never makes me feel rushed and allows me the space and time to ask as many questions as I need. She’s extremely professional, down to earth, and thorough. She’s truly a gem. I’m so glad we found her!

Only pediatrician who does such a thorough exam and found that our 3-4 year old was borderline anemic. It is a night and day difference since she had us supplementing with him. He’s more awake, active and not near as picky of an eater. Can’t say enough great things.

Kelley is always so welcoming and nurturing with my kids. She is thorough, compassionate, and takes her time. I was on a time crunch and Kelley took the time to call me and follow up regarding a hemoglobin result. This attention to detail is a testament to her work. My daughter is always at ease with her due to her kind demeanor. The nurses are always helpful and patient as well. Great staff at Julington Creek!
