Pediatric Associates Miami Beach

I’ve loved this place since our very first appointment, when my baby was just 4 days old. We were treated with so much care and kindness, always making sure she was well taken care of. All the nurses are friendly and very professional. I always feel calm and confident at every visit. Our pediatrician, Dr. Claudia Landaeta, and her staff are amazing. I’m so happy to take my baby there.

We’ve always had such a wonderful experience at this pediatric office. Dr. Landaeta is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. The staff, especially Karen, is always kind, helpful, and welcoming, which makes every visit much easier as a parent. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure my son feels comfortable. We’re very grateful to have found such a great team and highly recommend this practice to other families!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pediatric Associates and especially Dr. Claudia Landaeta. She has been the doctor for all three of my children for years, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better. Dr. Landaeta is patient, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a mother, having a doctor you fully trust means everything, and she has been that support for our family since day one. The entire staff is also amazing—friendly, professional, and always helpful. Since Pediatric Associates migrated to their new software system in May 2025, the experience has significantly declined. Text messages often don’t go through, and the required check-ins that can only be done on the phone frequently fail. This ends up forcing us to wait an extra 10+ minutes each visit just to speak with a manager to get checked in. Our child’s records were migrated incompletely. Previously, the doctor could easily pull up growth charts and discuss metrics with us. Now even the doctors admit the system is difficult to use. They’ve added a virtual medical assistant on iPads for intake, which feels impersonal and inefficient. On top of that, the doctors often seem overloaded. This place is great! I don't think enough people review positive experience, and it honestly made it hard for me to find a pediatrician for my newborn. Im here to tell you this place is great! Pros: -Dr. Claudia Landaeta is wonderful! Very knowledgable, doesnt rush me, refers me to specialists for everything my baby needs to thrive and stay healthy -Big waiting room! A side for well guests and "not so well" so the sick kids arent near your healthy one. They also have an individual room for newborns that is first come first serve, which is great for their delicate immune systems!
