Pediatric Associates Metrowest

Such a great team at this office, from the front desk to the entire medical team, the nurses, doctors and NP! Everyone has been incredible, they are all caring, tentative, personable, thorough and take the time answering all of our questions. We are so grateful!

This was my first visit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff at the office were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Isabella Bilitardo was very helpful, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for. I look forward to continuing my care for my children with this office for many years to come!

The nurses were great and the doctor was OK. I just really wasn’t a fan of the doctor that my son had today. He has pain shooting everywhere and she didn’t know what it was and so I’ll probably be taking him back to the Kissimmee location. I’m going to send them a message through the portal and tell them I want Bloodwork done. The place looks a little rundown, but they make it look. It’s best with the space theme, which is pretty cool.

I had a video call with a doctor who said my child needed labs done to check for influenza, so I scheduled an in-person visit specifically for that. I explained three different times during the visit that we were there for flu testing. Despite this, the doctor diagnosed him with something completely unrelated, even though his symptoms didn’t match that diagnosis. Turns out we all ended up having the flu, the visit was a waste of time and we didn’t get the medication we needed. Let’s do better by listening to your patients.

Jenny is AWESOME she is helpful every time I have a appointment for my children and she is very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. She is one of the best employees at the office!
