Pediatric Associates Loop

I previously left a negative review, but I’d like to update it, as the situation turned out to be a misunderstanding. Everything has been clarified, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism, integrity, and dedication shown by Dr. Medina Páez and her team. It’s evident that they take their work seriously and are genuinely committed to providing quality care for their patients. Their responsibility and attention to detail reflect a high standard of medical professionalism that deserves recognition and trust.

I have no issues with the employees, the doctors and nurses have all been great. My issue is with the inconsideration for my time. I’ve had 3 kids at this practice and every single appointment is at least an hour. The actual time with doctors and nurses? 10 minutes. 50+ minutes in waiting rooms every single time to me is unacceptable. And I’ve overheard them tell other patients they have to cancel their appointment because they are 10-15 minutes late. So you’re gonna make us wait 50 minutes but if someone is 10 minutes late you have no mercy? Either they’re severely understaffed or just literally do not care about making you wait for a standard checkup. I mentioned it once to a nurse and she brushed it off like “no big deal, what can you do?” When I have other responsibilities I don’t need

For a 1st time mom, sleep deprived, tired, in pain and recovering, coming here was good and bad, we as 1st time mom's expect more kindness and empathy, the 1st faces we see when we come in are the ones in the front desk, we expect them to be nice and welcoming, right??? Well it was not the case for us. One of the ladies at the front desk was so.... let's put it like this, was like a "woman having a PMS while finding out someone ate her lunch" wish I could post her picture, people like that makes us want to go somewhere else. Only positive thing, we liked the doctor that saw our newborn. The Cute Asian Lady, forgot her name. My mom recommended her to us.

I haven’t been to the office yet but omg 15 minutes on the phone and she didn’t finish making the appointment this is unbelievable and she wasn’t finished making the appointment so I had to hang up and look for a new doctor, usually u call they take a little info over the phone they send you paperwork work but this clinic omg you need an hour probably to make appointment the only think she didn’t ask if my mom name lol 😂

We took our son to see Dr. Rosemary and it was the most amazing experience. She was extremely patient, answered all our questions and gave us peace of mind when trying to make the best decisions for our son. I will recommend Dr. Rosemary to every parent.
