Pediatric Associates Lake Mary

Been with them for 14years and ever since their merge with other pediatricians their customer service is shitty. Just called to make my kids an appointment because god for bid if they actually schedule my kids when I was in the office. I was told the system was down and they could do anything for me at this time and they hung up on me. Once I called back I found that not only have you expanded you also doubled your prices which is crazy. I USED TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT HOW AMAZING YOUR OFFICE WAS BUT No more and I will be finding a new doctor for my kids.

“I’m very happy with the nurses at this office—they are always kind, attentive, and make visits comfortable for my daughter.. However, I have been disappointed with the doctor’s bedside manner, which I find lacking. She doesn’t listen. Only wants to be heard. Because of this, I prefer to travel all the way to the Deland office, where the staff and doctors are consistently sweet and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care we receive from the nurses here, though!”

My daughter just became a new patient of Altamonte pediatrics and we are very pleased with the visit! The doctor that she saw was very nice had great bedside manner she talked us through the whole everything that she was doing even small things she was very good with my daughter made her feel totally at ease made me very happy that I had chosen that place to have my daughter get her school physical.

Pediatric Associates/Lake Mary is always very accommodating to make an appointment to see our girls. We especially like to see Kristen Powell & have used her for 13+ years.

Very helpful went above and beyond to help my grandson. And me as well needless to say I’m very upset.
