Been trying to get my grandson medical records and vaccinations records and his new doctor sent a request with my permanent custody papers and they have refused to send the medical records and Dr Cillis by not giving the records is infringing on his right to go to school and receive medical care and my grandson is only 5 years old and is diagnosed with RAD and ADHD and Trauma and stressor induced behavior problem so he can't get into any school without the records.
