Pediatric Associates Homestead

We had a wonderful experience with this pediatrician. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. The doctor was patient, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing. They explained everything clearly and made my child feel comfortable and safe. It’s such a relief to have a doctor who truly cares and treats both parents and children with compassion. I highly recommend this pediatric practice to any family looking for excellent care.

I arrived at 1:20 pm, well before they reopened from their 12:30–1:30 pm lunch break, yet we were not seen until an hour later. To make matters worse, four patients were taken before my daughter despite us being first in line. This level of disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. Update… 09/30/2025 My appointment was at 2:55 pm, and it’s already 3:43 pm, and they haven’t seen me here. So they haven’t changed the patient care system. Unfortunately, they don’t earn their stars.

I always have a great experience when I come into the office thanks to Amy. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, and she works quickly to get everything checked in and taken care of. You can tell she really knows her stuff, she’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help. It makes every visit so much smoother! Thank you for having such a great employee!! Definitely an asset to the company!

We love Dr. Junco!!! She is very caring, loving and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is very sweet and patient.We have been her patients since our baby was born over 10 years ago. Everybody is friendly at this office. We also love Amy Cintron at the reception, she always has a smile on her face when meeting people, you can see she enjoys doing her job and helping people.

Dr. Elizabeth Concepcion and Dra Rosa junco is amazing. They is always attentive and goes out of her way to make us feel important and well cared for.
