Kimberly Young was amazing. She was on the phone for almost an hour helping me. She was patient, she was kind… and she was on the phone with me past 9pm which meant the world to me after a long day to have clarity in what was needed. I’m not sure if she is in the Lauderdale south office or just answers the phones but someone contact her manager please and let them know she is outstanding! Thank you!

I have been coming to Pediatric Associates for four years now to receive my wellness visits but the past two checkup's have been particularly disappointing. It was an hour wait during last year's checkup and this year's checkup somehow surpassed that. I arrived at 2:15 p.m. for a 2:25 appointment. I was not admitted until 2:50. At 2:50 the lady said that the doctor would arrive after they were finished with one patient. Then at 3:25 I inquired and the lady said it would be 45 more minutes. If we had stayed we would have been there for 2 hours. The lady at the desk claimed that they overbooked the doctor's schedule. This is also concerning because doctor's should not be rushing through appointments. This doesn't shock me because I have seen many poor reviews saying the doctor's were inadequ

If I could give zero stars I would. For the second year in a row absolutely unbelievable wait times. We arrived at 215pm for a 225pm well visit. We were called back at 250pm and told the doctor would be seeing my son next. At 325pm and still no sign of the doctor we asked how much longer - they said at least 45 minutes. 2 hours to wait to see a doctor for an already scheduled well visit? Absolutely ridiculous. Only use these doctors if you feel like spending all day and want to deal with people who have no respect for your time. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

We have been coming here since my son’s first newborn visit. Dr. Listor is his primary, but we have seen multiple doctors and I think this entire staff is just wonderful. The wait time is generally pretty quick. We’ve been able to get short notice sick appointments very easily. Highly recommend!

Let me clarify, I love the service here. I’m giving Pediatric Associates 1 star for the new app. Healow app is not user/parent friendly AT ALL! We are unable to see available appointment times when trying to book an appointment, thus I have to end up calling them directly to book an appointment which defeats the purpose of limiting incoming calls. I understand change may be necessary, but please change for something better not worse. Please get rid of this app or make it user/parent friendly!!!!
