Pediatric Associates

I absolutely love pediatric associates! We visit both the Crestview and Union office and have always experienced top notch care. All of the nurses are friendly and welcoming and have a gentle touch with littles! When the doctor comes in (which is always quick) they are very thorough and I never feel rushed. They answer all of my questions and provide advice and guidance on any out of the ordinary behaviors or conditions. For sick visits we have always been able to get in the day we call, which is so convenient! Even when we are not in office they are super responsive to phone calls. We absolutely love Pediatric Associates! No matter the location, or the need, they are always kind and patient. They make my kiddos feel safe and heard. And as a mama, I'm always validated in my feelings and never made to feel silly. Good bedside manner is hard to find these days and I'm grateful for this team!

Again, we saw Dr. Brown for a sick visit and he was amazing. He was so thorough looking for more than what we were reporting to try and identify and underlying cause for our little one’s sickness. We are so grateful for how quickly we were seen (same day), the attention to detail, hearing our concerns, providing education to us, and making us feel comfortable with plans moving forward. We love Dr. Brown and couldn’t think of anyone better to be overseeing our kids’ care (toddler and preemie twins).

Very happy with our visit. Dr Brady was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and listen to any questions I had. Very glad I picked them!

Tried to get our kids into this practice. When we explained the reason why we wanted to leave our current practice, they agreed that our current practice was not following standard procedure for a potential medical issue and that they would handle things differently. We then got a call back saying they would not be able to accept us, as we were already established at another practice. Seems weird to agree that our current practice is not acting as they should, but then leaving us stuck there.
