Pediatric Associates East Pompano

Worst location of pediatric associates is this location. Very gross inside, nothing cleaned. Literally paper towels left in the room we were in and the floor had gunk on it like it has never met a mop! Very small space too. Waited an hour in the waiting room only to wait another 35 minutes in the back. The staff is very unfriendly as well. The pediatrician also didn’t make us feel good, she didn’t seem that knowledgeable, however she was nice. I don’t think we will not return to this location though.

I would like to say from the time I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. The young ladies at the front desk greeted me with kindness and enthusiasm. I came in for an appointment and was able to receive it right away. Daniela S. took her time to assist me and tell me what my child needed. My son needed a physical and a referral and I was able to set it up. This office is Creole speaking and The ladies at the front was able to translate everything in my native language so I could feel more comfortable. I would like to say these ladies deserve a raise because this is what society and this community needs. Great Job Ladies.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I’ve been dealing with nothing but problems since I moved my kids here! DON’T DO IT IF YOU CAN HELP IT! Their meds get cut off every month, the entire office is unorganized, and the wait to be seen is extremely long. I’ve faxed papers over 5 times nobody claimed to have received them no I’m 9 months pregnant on bedrest and have to get up and take them the forms! When I get the energy my kids will be removed immediately!

i went to this location because it was the only one with availability that day . my son has an ear infection and dr told me his meds would be sent to pharmacy . I go to pharmacy and was told nothing was sent . long story short it is now 1 am and i’m up dealing with my 2 year old that has ear pain with no meds because i have to wait till tomorrow to get my sons meds. That is so unprofessional !

This place is horrible. You make an appointment online and you show up and they tell you that they do not see it in their system even when I show them the confirmation that I received via email and text. Then they tell you oh we will try to squeeze you in but they don't tell you that the next appointment is three hours later and expect you to just sit there and wait. I understand things can happen but why is there no communication. The front desk staff needs some real training on Customer Service.
